Swim for Fitness is a progression of our Beginner program and starts at level five, we will continue to develop your swimming skills along with swimming more distance.
Goal: to swim 1800m in 60min training session, Have correct Breaststroke Kick
On completion of Level 6 you will be required to have your own flippers
Goal: to swim 2300m in 60min training session, Have correct Breaststroke
Levels 8 and 9
In these levels you will be swimming between 2300m and 3500m in your training session, with more stroke development and technique.
