Clients are required to book lessons for each payment period (term). Payment and enrolment details must be completed on or before the first lesson. This will reserve your space for the current pay period. If payment is not received prior to the 1st lesson of the payment period, or the 1st lesson for clients who commence lessons with Waterhole once the payment period has started, your space may not be held. Term payments can be spread by completion of a direct debit contract with monthly payments (Direct Debit option incurs a 5% surcharge)
Waterhole clients wishing to book for the following term will be asked to pay a $25 deposit per booking to confirm their space for that following term. Spaces will only be confirmed once this deposit is paid. A receipt will be issued and this amount will be deducted off the total amount owing for the following term. If a deposit is paid and the client decides not to continue for the term, this deposit is non-refundable if cancelled more than 7 days after payment is first paid.
