In these classes your child will start learning the concept of breathing

We use different drills to help teach the breathing and each child needs to master each stage before progressing to the next drill level.

Once your child has mastered these drills and is able to swim 12m Freestyle with correct breathing using an armband and is also able to Back kick unaided for 12m then your child will progress to either Sprats (5-6year olds) or Swordfish (7years or older)
